Hotal Kymata Platamon SA adjusts its operation taking into account the new security measures and the special health protocols.

Online check-in, outdoor reception, safe distance monitoring and the use of protective equipment by employees are provided.

Welcome package with individual items, cleaning products, and of course, goodies and soft drinks. All non-basic items such as magazines, leaflets, laundry bags, bathrobes, decorative pillows, blankets are removed from the rooms.

In addition, following the Special protocols of health content, the capacity of the rooms is limited to 50% and a distance of 1.5 m between the beds must be observed.

The hotel has a disinfection team that supervises the cleaning of the rooms and specializes in cleaning rooms with suspicious or confirmed cases of coronavirus. In the case where the potentially sick cannot be transferred to a health center or the nearest hospital, a separate area is created with strict distance and occupancy measures for the rooms and a special cleaning will be carried out

The laundry-dryer and ironing area for customer use, the luggage storage compartment with access to the reception area, the cleaning area which includes cleaning supplies and water supply for cleaning with a corresponding sink, are thoroughly cleaned and followed. Also, their operation is based on a program and in a way that does not create congestion (keeping distances of at least 1.5 m per person)


For the purpose of catering, restaurant, food and drinks, security measures are introduced, which must be followed by both employees and guests. Breakfast and dinner hours are valid due to the reduction of restaurant capacity. In addition, disinfection of the hands is mandatory upon entry. Temperature control is even stricter. The tables are covered with disposable tablecloths and cutlery is on the table. Cutlery is being replaced with increased frequency and strict hygiene and distance measures are in place by employees.

Each room has its own umbrella (extra charge) on the beach throughout the customer’s stay (depending on the size of each beach). not individual service. Water, soft drinks and snacks are available self service. greater distances between umbrellas and recliners.
